Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions we receive. In addition, here are links to our Terms + Conditions.

1. I didn't receive the email with my login information.

While we LOVE communicating via email, sometimes emails get lost. There are a few things that may help with email deliverability. If you don't see the email with your login details try these things:

2. I can't find the login page.

You can login to your courses here: https://christianmarriageadventures.mykajabi.com/login

Use the email that you provided when signing up for the paid program and enter the password you used when you signed up.

3. I can't remember my password / How do I reset my password?

You can easily reset your password by going to the login page and clicking on "forgot password" link at the bottom of the page. This will take you to a page to reset your password.

 

4. How do I download my file to my phone?

Most cell phones do not have the software needed to open the file types you receive for our digital products. The best way to download any of these files is by logging in to your account and downloading them onto your home computer or laptop.

5. How do I download and open a zipped (.zip) file?

You will need to unzip the file on a desktop or laptop computer, not a cell phone. For common operating systems, simply click on the file and follow the instructions below to “unzip” the file (based on your operating system):

6. Can I send a PDF to my Kindle Device?

The answer is yes. Please keep in mind that a PDF isn't optimized for Kindle but can be red on one. You can find specific instructions on how to do so here.

7. How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership one of two ways. 

  1. Email customer service at: [email protected] and let them know your request. 

  2. You can cancel inside of your membership by:
    • Log in to your account.
    • Click on your Avatar in the top right of the page.
    • Select Settings from the dropdown.
    • Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
    • Hit the Cancel button.
